Marietta Gädeke M.A. is an expert in communication & training. She studied English, communication studies and economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany, and Dijon, France. In 2003, she found her calling: Competitive debate. She won the German Championships and made it twice to the ESL-quarterfinals of the World University Championships. In 2008, she founded her company Lilit which specialises in strategic empathy. In 2015/16, the German ministry of economics recognised her as an official role model women entrepreneur. She is a mother of two girls, founder of three companies and was awarded the title "Master of Masters" by the German Debating Society - Alumni and Supporters of Competitive Debating.
