Sarah Andiel, Expert for Business Etiquette & Customer Service

Since 2005, Sarah T.P. Andiel is a trainer and coach with a focus on customer service, business etiquette, and developing potentials. At Tübingen University, she studied rhetorics, business management and educational studies with her main emphasis on adult education. She is a BDVT-certified trainer. The connection between her and Lilit results from her shared passion for debating. Sarah Andiel and Marietta Gädeke are both active in the trainer network of master debaters of the project “Train the Trainer.” The project was launched by the German Association of Debating Clubs at Universities (Verband der Debattierclubs an Hochschulen e.V.). Together with Thore Wojke, they published the essay “Today, I concur!” (“Heute bin ich dafür!”) about debating as a method of implementing corporate culture & values. It was published in 2014 as a contribution to the anthology “Weiterbildung orientiert an Lebensphasen” (GABAL Verlag).

Claudius Gädeke, Expert for Online-Marketing and Social Media

Claudius Gädeke studied Italian and English Studies. From 2016 till 2018, he was part of the Lilit team as a specialist for social media. The creative mind ventured on to found his own company, where he implements modern social media strategies for our clients, optimizes their online marketing and SEO. As a business partner in our trainer network, he enriches our cooperation with his experiences in rhetorical and social skills-training as well as with his intercultural competence with a focus on England and Italy. Furthermore, the outspoken LGTBQ* activists specialises in diversity and awareness training for associations and companies alike.

Petra Desort, Expert for France, cross-cultural youth work and creative founders

Petra Desort is a cross-cultural trainer and systematic intercultural coach with special expertise for France, cross-cultural youth work with 10 to 25 year olds and setting up businesses. She studied Intercultural Communication and French Cultural Studies at the University of Saarland and founded her own business early on. In her work in the fields of Relocation Consulting, Language- and Culture-Support, artist support, Language Training as well as intercultural training and coaching she always has one goal in mind: Helping others orientate and arrive in a new cultural setting! Petra Desort and Marietta Gädeke work together with close proximity and enthusiasm as a trainer team and enable their participants to experience intercultural sensitisation and skills development by their combined trope of experience and their combined trainers’ qualities.
